Torus

This work was imagined in reaction to the installation in progress of Veit Stratmann, “Geneva ground”. Placed on a “base” of carpet, bound by aluminium edges, Torus draws on its base to create en architectural-tunnel. It sands out reflecting the palette of the painter, questionning in its own way the notions of play and movement, copying the work of the artist Veit Stratmann who had generated it. Hoops and gymkees boxes lose in this position their primary use to become an image of themselves, a kind of chilhood’s intact ruin.
